ERP implementations that go live on scope, on time, on budget

We map how your business really works, configure standard ERPNext to match, migrate clean data, train every role and stay with you after go-live. No surprises, no endless customization, no abandoned projects.

Five phases · Signed deliverables
Why projects fail

We designed our method around the reasons ERP projects go wrong

Unclear scope

We freeze a signed requirements document and a gap list that separates “configure” from “customize” before build starts.

Dirty data

Data cleansing templates, trial migrations and reconciliation reports that your accountants sign before go-live.

Low user adoption

Role-based training, bilingual guides, key-user programs and floor support in the first weeks.

Over-customization

We push standard functionality first, so your system stays upgradeable and cheaper to maintain.

Weak controls

Permissions, approval limits and segregation of duties are designed with finance and audit from day one.

No ownership after go-live

An intensive hypercare period and a smooth handover to a support plan run by the same team.

FAQs

Implementation questions

How long does an implementation take?

Most single-company implementations take 2–4 months. Multi-entity groups, manufacturing operations or projects with many integrations typically take 4–9 months. We give you a detailed timeline after the discovery phase.

Do you migrate our existing data?

Yes. We migrate masters (customers, suppliers, items, employees), opening balances and, if needed, transaction history from Excel, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or local systems, with reconciliation at every step.

Can we start with some modules and add more later?

Absolutely. Phased implementation is often the smartest approach: start with finance, sales and purchasing, then add inventory, manufacturing, HR or GRC in later phases.

Will the system be in Arabic?

Yes. ERPNext supports a full Arabic, right-to-left interface, and we deliver bilingual print formats, reports and training materials.

What do you need from our side?

A project sponsor, a project manager or coordinator, and a key user from each department who can dedicate time to workshops, testing and training.
