Hosting & migration questions
Can our data be hosted inside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We can deploy on in-region cloud data centers or on your own servers to meet data residency and regulatory requirements.
How often are backups taken?
Daily automated backups by default, with more frequent options for high-volume systems. Backups are stored off-site and restores are tested periodically.
Will there be downtime during migration?
The final cutover is planned for a low-activity window, usually a weekend, and downtime is kept to a minimum.
Who owns the data?
You do, always. You can request a full export of your data at any time.
