Tax-compliant e-invoicing and every system talking to your ledger

We make your ERP fully compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 in Saudi Arabia and the ETA e-invoice and e-receipt systems in Egypt, then connect your banks, payment gateways, POS, e-commerce and devices so data flows without re-typing.

ZATCA Phase 2 · ETA ready

Saudi Arabia — ZATCA (FATOORA)

Phase 2 (Integration) requires your system to connect directly with ZATCA’s FATOORA platform. We deliver the full integration inside ERPNext.

  • Device onboarding and cryptographic stamp identifiers (CSID)
  • UBL 2.1 XML invoices with UUID, invoice hash chaining and QR code
  • Clearance of standard (B2B) tax invoices before they are shared
  • Reporting of simplified (B2C) invoices within 24 hours
  • Credit and debit notes, multi-branch and multi-VAT-number setups
  • Rejection handling, retry queues and compliance dashboards

Egypt — ETA e-Invoice & e-Receipt

The Egyptian Tax Authority requires registered taxpayers to submit invoices and receipts electronically. We connect ERPNext directly to the ETA systems.

  • E-invoice submission through the ETA API with digital signature
  • E-receipt integration for retail and POS transactions
  • Item coding with GS1 or EGS codes and tax type mapping
  • Support for USB signing tokens and e-seal setups
  • Status tracking, cancellations and rejections inside ERP
  • Reconciliation reports between ERP and the ETA portal

How we build integrations

Reliable by design, not just connected

  • Error logs and retry queues so no transaction is silently lost
  • Monitoring alerts when an integration stops or fails
  • Field mapping documented and approved by your team
  • Security first: encrypted credentials and least-privilege API users
  • Tested on staging with real scenarios before production

FAQs

E-invoicing questions

We received a ZATCA wave notification. How fast can we comply?

ZATCA notifies taxpayers in waves with advance notice. A typical integration for an existing ERPNext system takes a few weeks including testing in the simulation environment. Contact us as soon as you receive your notification.

What is the difference between clearance and reporting?

Standard tax invoices (business to business) must be cleared by ZATCA before being shared with the buyer. Simplified invoices (business to consumer) are issued immediately and reported to ZATCA within 24 hours.

Can you make our current non-ERPNext system compliant?

In many cases we recommend moving invoicing to ERPNext, but we can also assess integration options for your current system.

Do you support companies with branches in both Saudi Arabia and Egypt?

Yes. A single ERPNext instance can run ZATCA compliance for the Saudi entity and ETA compliance for the Egyptian entity.
