ERP for clinics, hospitals and labs that protects margins and patients
Connect patient billing, insurance claims, pharmacy and medical stock, procurement, HR and finance on one platform — with the controls and audit trails healthcare regulators expect.
Where healthcare providers lose money and control
Insurance rejections
Claims rejected for missing data or wrong pricing, with no clear view of what is outstanding with each payer.
Medical stock leakage
Expired drugs, untracked consumables and no batch traceability across branches and departments.
Unclear profitability
No reliable cost per service, doctor or branch, so pricing and contracts are negotiated blind.
Complex staff payroll
Shifts, on-call allowances and doctor revenue sharing calculated manually every month.
Regulatory pressure
Accreditation and audit requirements demanding documented procedures and traceable approvals.
Disconnected systems
Medical system, pharmacy, accounting and HR that never reconcile with each other.

Healthcare questions
Do you replace our medical (HIS/EMR) system?
Not necessarily. Most providers keep their clinical system and we integrate it with ERPNext for billing, stock and finance. For smaller clinics, ERPNext’s healthcare capabilities can cover patient management too.
Can you handle multiple insurance companies and price lists?
Yes. Each payer can have its own price list, coverage rules and receivable account, with aging and rejection analysis per payer.
Is patient data protected?
Yes. Access is role-based and logged, data can be hosted in-region, and our operations follow an ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system.
